Pav likes to cook, and, well, whisper it, he cooks really well. A Londoner of Polish heritage, he dives into his ancestral leanings and unearths wholesome, hearty, punchy Eastern European plates. He has pop ups, residencies, all aided by his formal chef training, whilst committing to a full-time role as a social worker, and does the odd shift at Mangal II when we’re a person-down and require our pal’s help.
We’ve been mooting the idea of an event for a while, Polska dishes with Türkiye flair, assisted by the universally binding force of charcoal and fire.
